How I Started:
I got interested in sculpting my body a year ago, when I noticed that after two years of not going to the gym, I looked my age! I started to go into a deep depression, but just before I sank I had an epiphany. I would enter a contest, and I would win it! I chose the Ms. Bikini California contest , and I hired a trainer. He was exactly what I needed!
I got hit by the athletic challenge of training and I hooked up with one of the most amazing trainers in L.A., herself a former bodybuilder and figure competitor, Francesca Apolito. She became one of my closest friends and my training partner. Exactly 10 months later, I have four trophies on my mantle and I now I compete in figure. Body sculpting is the best thing I ever started, and the one thing I don't ever want to finish.
Why I Love It:
Training my body has become a healthy addiction of mine. It feeds me energy and excitement, and ambition. I have met amazing people through the sport of bodybuilding, and I have changed my lifestyle because if it. I love it because it makes me feel powerful. Like I can do and be anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results & Competition. Also my man is my greatest fan and champion. He is a great source of motivation and discipline.
