keep it basic. whey protien, multi vit
creatine, glutamine. eat 7-9 small meals a day. which would be 7-9 oz of chicken and a cup of rice plus 2-3 shakes a day

i doing good. training is going good. i am fighting a back prob. rt now but its gettin better. start dieting in Jan. for a show in april. i hate cardio!!!! thx for the comment bout the pic. however, if you want to talk about rediculous look at you. BEAUTIFUL!! HOT!!! what more can i say about that.

sounds like you have your work cut out for you. i just started my new meal plan 6 months out. its not bad. i have a new trainer this year. guess i have to slow down of the candy bars. my show is in april. emerald cup.
