yea i mean the egg whites is basically just a way to add extra cals. and i got it because i needed to eat a lot of egg whites while i was dieting and i don't like eating a whole bunch of cooked egg whites. so this was a good substitute.

damn. 20 more? because you look swole as **** already. that's wussup though; how is that coming along so far? Man that eggs white thing i wasn't even able to use because it came too late. i had gotten the liquid and delivery people ****ed it up. i did use some liquid egg whites though and that worked out pretty well; i may actually get back on that.
