How I Started:
I started going to grandview highchool and was one of the smallest kids there and i did't want to be the smallest kid in the group anymore.
Why I Love It:
Weight lifting not only got me popular but helped me become more outgoing and gave me something to love and look forward to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that if i stop someone my size could be stronger than me and i wont let that happen.
BB Accomplishments:
I have went from about 10 inch arms to 15 and a bench max of 95 pounds to 285 pounds in under 2 years

Recently people have asked me why i waste my time working out so hard. In my mind its not a waste its more of a choice. Most people turn working out into a routine and after a while they forget why they even started. Lifting is something i love and something to look forward to everyday...
