HOW I STARTED:

Killing it the gym since 1999, all started for sports i played ice hockey in high school and college..... after sports lifting then became a sport in it self for me....NOW IT IS LIFE

WHY I LOVE IT:

because i love the fact of never having an ending. There is no such thing as perfection because once you reach what you think a perfect body is your not satisfied and then you strive to be even better. its a never ending battle.. ALSO THE RELEASE AND THE ACCOMPLISHMENT KNOWING YOU DID IT ALL BY YOURSELF

ALL LIFE ENDS, BUT ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE ETERNAL. When its all said and done each of us will pass leaving beyond our passions, our legacy, and our accomplishments. For me the past 25 yrs of my life, besides love for family and god, have been a numbers game. 12-1 football season, 2nd round of high school hockey playoffs, 8 egg whites, 4 sets of 10, 3,200 calories,  4 more miles, 97 days till next season, 57 stitches, 3 broken bones, 32 trophies, 9 medals, 2 more sprints, 1 LAST REP and 0 EXCUSES....The values of hard work and dedication have been instilled in me through my father and sports...

I’d like to take a second to thank everyone on here and bodybuilding.com. Bodyspace has helped me so much over the past 2 yrs since my motorcycle accident. Not everyone knows, but 2 yrs ago while I was on my way to training, a van thought it would be cool to run a stop sign and I ended up in the side of it going 40 mph on my Suzuki gsxr 750. I should have died but instead I broke my right hand in 9 spots, tore 3 tendons, and had 3 dislocations all in my right hand. After surgery, which included 6 rods and 45 stitches, the hand specialist told me it that I probably wouldn’t be able to write
