Have always stay focused on building my body but mostly staying lean. Now I want to mass out my muscles and still have the cut. To compete is also on my mind to acheive within next 2yrs. I have given tips and other ideas to people who see me working out. I plan to get certified as a trainer.
Take your time to develop and dont take da eazy way out. Work hard and smart, before you know it someone else is giving you praise. Now juz becuz da kat next to you is throwing up 350 dont kill yourself and need him to get it off. Time will come. Her waist is small breast are perky oh well....
Right now im following a Mass building workout that has 4day of training every other day. 6 wk set with reps and rest decreasing but weight increasing. Also get my fatburn on on off days as well as 15 to 20 min on lift days.
not too bad...could be better...its taking me awhile to adjust to this humid weather we are having...its not good on allergies either...but i'm doin what i can do...and staying Positive ;D
Yep, kickin some ass, going to go right now and do some cardio, no weights today,that's tomorrow. Gonna get some tanning and swimmin' in today! Hope your weekend is going good so far Mr!!
Thank u!!! I've been workin' the back exercises like mad hell! HAHA!!! Of course I've been lifting heavy in everything!!! I wanted to gain mass SO bad that I figured overkill would get it done! LOL!!! Thanks man!
