I was doing rows yesterday..... (compound machine) 12 reps of 125lbs. Keep in mind I only weigh 112....A lady I know said hi, and stupid me looks over my shoulder. BAD IDEA. Ouch, can't believe I did that. It is a good thing I still have some Robaxin. Now I am a hurtin' unit.
