Changing up the routine, going to hit 500lb Deadlift, 400lb Squat and 300lb Bench

Still trying to give'er, but need to mix up my routine, thinking of doing, dumbbell, isolation movements only.

My training days are getting much more intense, I'm pushing myself a lot harder, knowing that my body is getting use to lifting again.

Muscle fibers are starting to remember and the pain is diminishing, so I'm getting super jacked to start pushing myself again!

I just got back from Argentina and have lost weight and strength, time to get back in shape.
