How I Started:
I think I first started lifting weights in high school. School ended at 2:45 and I didn't have Volleyball practise until 4:30. So instead of going home, I decided to go to the gym instead
Why I Love It:
I use the gym to get away from reality, I guess it is my drug. I can go into the gym and just focus on working up a sweat and lifting weights. Just listening to my music and working hard, helps me to 1. get away from it all, but 2. reflect on my life as well.
So I'm going to keep a more dedicated blog, help me to reflect, and in a way analyze my workouts.
First off my goals. I did my max's on Sunday so I can judge my progress. Bodybuilding.com max calculator was pretty close. My Squat was 350lbs (not impressed), bench 285lbs (felt I could get...
Not much snow yet. So far been on/off. Probably have between 1-2 feet at above 9,500 feet. Haven't had a chance to get out- but heard Togwotee Pass and Targhee have been decent for low angle stuff. Hoping to get out for a tour soon. How about you? How's the Coast Range shaping up?
Was up in Whistler the past few days getting away from the spiking freezing levels in Wash. Snow was phenom, stuck to riding the wire as the avy danger was off the charts. pretty massive slide in sapphire bowl near surfs up. guess MSP set off a 9 foot fracture while filming yesterday in the Coast Range.
Hey man, awesome chest, abs, arms, legs, feet, chest, abs, and perfect nipples, man. Just the right hair around those nips, dude. You look awesome. What's your secret? You are one of the best on this whole sight, and very masculine too, dude.
holy crap did we get pounded - did some touring today on snoqualmie pass with about 2.5 feet of fresh and bluebird. Another 1.5 feet on the way for Saturday night. About time! Hope it is dumping snow up in BC for ya.
Snow has gotten a lot better the past two weeks. Looks like there is some good moisture coming in on Thursday and Saturday to the Cascades. Did a short 3000 vert tour b4 work last friday on Mt. Snoqualmie and was amazing. Bluebird, light pow. You normally tour in the Coast Range? Baker should be good this weekend. I may be there on Saturday and/or Sunday. btw- jealous you've been in Argentina (I usually go in Aug/Sept for skiing - love it there!)
