Each year since the horrific events of 9/11/2001 I find myself in a quiet and somber mood about this time.  I see so many people wanting to make such a huge deal of those brave souls that lost their lives that day.  What should I feel? How should I honor them?

I sure will! My physique is so important for me right now. I want to be muscular and be in the greatest shape ever. I've hurt myself at times. but luckily not too extreme. I wish you continued success. you are doing So well! :D

a five inch heel would do the trick, but if you'd want to be eye to eye - a little platform and 6 inch is more my style :)

lol, you are so funny! You can do that quickly with a pair of heels - not sure if your back will love it, but your calves will :) nice and challenging balancing act, and you can do that one at home, I'm sure you'd want to, lol! My resolutions are habits now :) I'd like to keep making improvements both inside and outside of the gym :) So nice of you to drop by - it's always so much fun hearing from you!
