Each year since the horrific events of 9/11/2001 I find myself in a quiet and somber mood about this time. I see so many people wanting to make such a huge deal of those brave souls that lost their lives that day. What should I feel? How should I honor them?

Wow, your weight HAS fluctuated this year ;-] Pretty wide ranges. I'd say you look massed and cut but you haven't posted for a while. Things going well for you? Amazing you're down in the 170s but I know you'll be up at 190+ lbs and 10% body fat.
