After eighth grade I started going to my best friend's dad's gym. It was a great beginning experience.
Why I Love It:
I work hard and enjoy my work. I couldn't work hard and enjoy it if I wasn't in good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
EFFORT...without it you only have what you are given...earn success or it means nothing!

FINALLY!!!! I have been running again! I am excited! Bought some nice gel inserts and off I go!
Goal (Long):
I plan to gain a little lean mass while dropping my bodyfat to around 7% or less. I feel comfortable in that range. Anything higher and I tend to feel fat!
Uschi trains like crazy and is completely dedicated to her fitness. It is a part of her life, rather than something she has to make time for. Her obvious progress and ability to maintain a great physique 365 days a year throughout all of life's ups and downs keeps me on track!!! Awesome!
I'm going to try Colonix to see if it will help me out. I seem to be "full" in the midsection. My abs protrude like I'm fat, but I'm not. I'm thinking I'm full of nasty leftover "stuff" from days gone by. Anyone had experiences of this kind? Help me out! Thanks!!!!
That sounds rough especially after the demanding trip - I know it just was physical - it requires concentration doesn't it to handle the road like that?

How nice...sounds like a nice trip, 2825 miles??? You would like Gatlinburg, TN....love that area, makes you want a bike!!! I am lifting really heavy...making a big difference but darn am I sore! ;)
