I don't know what program you are using but I wanted to mention that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It is a 12 week body transformation program that really gives great as well as quick results. I don't know if you have heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case. If you would like more info or if there is anything I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
