How I Started:
In high school i was always athletic but with no real muscle. I graduated and i started to get a huge stomach and just get outright chubby. I decided it was time for a change so i started to lift and workout in January. I stopped for a couple of hectic months and i got started again in mid-October.
Why I Love It:
The sense of satisfaction of not sitting on my ass. I love watching the body transform and logging my gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
By logging everything and seeing myself progress. My stats on here are not my 1rm's, but just what im working out with.

I just got back from a 30 minute cardio session on the good old treadmill.  I broke it up like this

3 minute walk then light stretching

1minute walk and 3 minute run (7.0) back to back and repeat that six times
