Goals:
Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Maintain an athletic body while packing on some serious muscle
Goal (Long):
I been active and in pretty decent shape for most of my life, but now it is time to take it seriously. I have always flirted with the idea of pushing my body to the extreme, and now I want to see where I can take it. I want to reach my goal of an overall body weight of 200lbs and maintain a low bady fat percentage. I am starting TODAY and will attempt to maintain a strict schedule that will involve the proper diet and workout routine. I am taking it one step at a time and have set most of my initial goals for this coming December, after that date I will revisit my goals and set a concrete date and timeline for me to reach my ultimate goal of 200lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7.5%

What an awesome, refreshing routine and theory to take on. This site is great and the training technique is great. I've been looking for something new and challenging to try and this is right up my alley. The title alone motivates me to push...

Anytime! That's what this site is for...for us to encourage eachother in fitness. You need to be around people that "get it" :)

There will always be people that don't understand, but just let any negativity roll off your back. There are tons of people in the fitness community that will always support you. Often times these "un-understanding" people are just threatened and feel inferior next to your dedication and perseverance. Stay firm & strong. They'll respect u in the end for it!

The answer is that it is my biggest priority during the day. I have had a lot of "life happen" this past year, but I never missed a day of training and dieting. When I have a big enough goal, a big enough dream, NOTHING stands in my way. The structure, the consistency always remains no matter what else is going on. BUT, I also have an amazing support system around me, a great man, great coaches and friends that keep me postive and focused on goals they know I want to achieve.

Thank you for the kind words my friend! I think cardio is best done in about 20 minute sessions alternating high and low intensity levels. This way you can burn fat but nor your hard earned muscle which would slow down your metabolism!

Its a pleasure to answer your question. WHat I do is eat very clean during my offseason. Foods like Brown Rice, Oatmeal and Fruits. I eat heavy but I would suggest to you is get on a bulk diet for about 8 weeks and trim down by cutting your carbs back. Keep your protein around 200g. and carbs Bulk 255 and Cut 150. This should help you out to get started. I also implement HIT Training into my Cardio. It definitely keeps the Fat low in the offseason. Hope this info comes of use.

Hey thanks man. I think as far as gym tricks go concerning your question I would say train fast. Not quick sloopy reps but very short rest periods. Keep it heavy and try to cut your rest to 30-45 seconds between sets. Hope that helps some. Anyway good luck with your goals bro!
