Realized I wasn't getting any younger so I better turn things around before I was very unhealthy.

Setting goals for myself and then crashing through them and then setting my sites on the next one.

So far I lost 20 lbs. toned up considerably and am in the best shape ever but there is still plenty of hard work ahead.
