2009-09-10 @ 73.3kg... I been injured (shoulders) for the past and a half months, so i wnat i been able to do for upper body has been very restricted and lifting heavy could only be done on some back exercises... for chest, shoulder and triceps i've only been able to lift girly weights, and some cle ...

I never said there was anything wrong with bodybuilding, I said it was teh ghey to mix bodybuilding and powerlifting and call it "powerbuilding". Cool buzzwords are very uncool. But anyway I'm just messing with you dont mind me :)

nice deadlift man! I love deadlifting, probably my favorite heavy movement, I usually pull around 400 at the end of my sets for one rep, thats when I know I'm done haha
