I started when I was in about...8th grade if i can remember. But it was nothing, I wasn't really into it, I did it like every other day. But since December 2008 I started lifting hard.
Why I Love It:
It takes me away from the world when I'm lifting, I feel like everything is just gone.

You look great already. My best tips have to be just stay consistent and make sure you keep eating. Nutrition is what is going to make or break your physique in the long run, rather than weight lifting.
