lizxlo Hey there! I just change up my routines but I did include a day just for powerlifting. Back is still a lil messed up but I'm getting some work done on it and I'm feeling much better. lizxlo Really?! I can't wait to see! I loved bulking up. I felt so full all the time but so guilty. My diet has been good and bad and despite that I haven't been hitting the gym as much I haven't gained weight and I look pretty lean. I just don't get it. lizxlo How exciting! What do you enjoy most cutting or bulking? For me, hands down bulking! Although cutting is a bit more gratifying cause you get to see real results. I'm hanging in there...haven't been to the gym in about 2-3 weeks. Off and on, not very consistent. I got thrown off. Not good at all! Sep 9, 2010 10:23am
