How I Started:
The scale moving upward on a yearly basis and feeling dissatisfied with my body and the way I was feeling. Knowing that I am shortchanging myself for not even trying to mold myself into great shape.
Why I Love It:
Helps me figure out my body and mind. I love the consistency and reliability of the weights and the fact that I am able to progress steadily if I do this stuff the right way. It offers me a daily challenge to improve and get better at something that I enjoy doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sharing my passion with other people and learning from those I aspire to.

I've been slammin weights for me, you and half bodyspace lately!!!! Crazy intensity and strength...My muscles are ripping and hurting next day like hell!!!! DId arms last night and it's Delt attack tonight!!! I'll crush 'em!! I wish too, that we could train together...And we will one day, I promise...Move to CA and we will come to live there too!!!
