When I came home from the US Army I was 165lbs. A friend that owned a gym asked me to come workout and add some "BEEF" to my tiny wimpy frame. When i started, I couldnt bench 65 lbs hardly. I have trained off and on since and now I am up to 365lbs on the bench RAW.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of getting bigger and stronger. I lift for life not really to show off. I know a lot of people look a million times better than me so why act like I am better than them? I just like lifting and being as strong as i can.
How I Stay Motivated:
My beautiful wife keeps me going. She loves it when i get bigger, she loves my traps (something to "hold on" to) She is my #1 motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
2nd place mens open Bench. Fall Festival of Power Rockingham, NC 1992
3rd place mens Novice, 4th in mens open Kansas City Golds Classic all Natural Bodybuilding show Liberty, MO 2000
2nd place Bodybuilding.com 2007 transformation contest.
Man, I hear ya! I'm so ready to find a beach somewhere & relax! I'm looking forward to a few days off the first week of August. Planning on going down to the gulf coast, somewhere.

Thank you so much for adding me as a friend, that is so nice of you! I see you have a sense of humor to be admired along with your physique - double trouble, haha. Best wishes for continued success with your goals.
