thanks for accepting friend request and the tips. Have a question for you, from looking at your before pics and after. Noticed you lost a lot of fat but still managed to gain a lot of lean muscle. did you do a cut then bulk routine or have you been always on a cutting phase? and if so how did you managed to gain lean muscle without gaining fat?

What was your supplemental intake while going through the process of losing weight? I once lost over 117lbs from being at 280lbs. Now I've gained it all back and more. I'm currently back up to 370lbs. Working towards getting back off. Can be frustrating. Any suggestions? Please feel free to pass alone

I like that. If you don't mind, when your started counting macros what was your amount for each and what are you doing now? I plan on taking 1g proteing per lb; 20-25% calories from fat and the remaining calories from carbs. Any thoughts?
