Background

When I Started: Sep 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was required to do weight training for basketball my sophomore year, and now I'm just lifting because I want to transform my body.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The pump I get after a tough workout. I also feel better overall after working out and it makes me more confident in all aspects of life.
