Thanks Kathy...I don't sem to get on here as often as I would like. I brushed up on my posing with Karin K. Really helped a lot. I am excited to go to Washington this weekend. I will post pic's when I get them. Hope everything is going well for you.

Hello! Everything is going well here, besides the gas prices going sky high that is. lol! Been working out, but not watching my diet as much. Staying busy and having fun. How are you doing?

That show was in 2004. Washington bodybuilding classic (NPC). That was my first show, it was a lot of fun! I did a couple of shows this year but was not in my best form, but I did have fun and met a lot of cool people. I want to do better, and not get on stage again until I am at my best. I do not know if I will do another one this year or not. How about you? What are your plans for this year?
