i am new to this site . can u tell me how many eggs should i take in one day to fulfill my protein requirement? shud i hav raw eggs or shud i boiled them. my body weight is 64 kgs and my height is 5'8 . i m a vegetarian but i hav started eatings eggs . i hav jus joined gym b4 3 months . can u recommend me which is the best supplement for a beginner i want to gain muscle. u can also give me suggestion regarding wat shud i eat in a day. hope u dont mind bro .ciao

I havent done anything this year. I took the year off to make some improvements and for personal reasons. I will be competing again Nationally in 2010 though.
