Joined a wieght loss contest and want to keep on with the healthy lifestyle. Always lifted weights due to sports but got lazy and needed some motivation to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of blood rushing into a muscle is great! And not having a fat belly is also nice ;-P!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Wanting to see 9% bodyfat...and the feeling of being able to do anything involving physical activity.
BB Accomplishments:
None...I just want to look good without a shirt while sitting on the beach...

Look lean with abs. I feel I have a good structure to work with I just need to lift the right way and eat clean to start and drop the bodyfat. I am 5'8" and have tree trunks for legs. Just need to work out my upper body so its keeps pace with my lower body.
Thanksgiving was good but the food was really good. Anyways I am back on track eating clean and starting to hit cardio around 45 mins a day. Looking for results. Mostly doing circuits in the gym.
Understand... Unfortunately for me, it seems to go on fast and come off slow. Right now I am doing the pt powders and NO as well as a few fat loss sups that were outlined in the diet that I am on. Green Tea, Caffine, Carnitine, Forskolin and synephrine. After the end of this program (5 more weeks) I will be dropping these supps and sticking with the pt and NO.
Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do. Stay strong and all the best.
I rotate light and heavy. After this show I will go back up to heavy for 4 weeks, moderate for 1- 2 and then back to heavy. I believe in muscle confusion.
training is going great, thanks.. I just use a variety of training techniques, and my cardio is always different.. Sometimes i train in the pool, sometimes I do plyometrics, sometimes football, sometimes bball.
