Thanks man!Train hard and eat harder. 90% is diet. It is possible to gain without supplements but you must have certain things in your diet. For protein, egg whites are great due to bv%.If not even taking a multi-vit. you must eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. I recommend raw but chew well.Low glycemic carbs and be sure to get good fats. No fish oil means you must eat flax and or fish. Keep it up and continue to post progress pics.
