Thank you for the reps! Although I don't train HIT, Mike Mentzer was a huge influence on me when I first got started in bodybuilding. Practically everything he said, back in the day, was quotable! Plus, the guy always looked like he was carved out of STONE.

One of the best ways to not only lose bodyfat but also get into great shape is by following the 12 week Body for Life program. It has an excellent nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines.
