How I Started:
Tried out for football my senior year of high school after growing up a tennis brat doing only pushups/situps - carried on in college with early morning workouts where I met my better half - dropped off with career/kids but the roller coaster stops at 40!!
Why I Love It:
Feel like I accomplish more before 7am than most people do before noon; great way to blow off steam in the late afternoon/early evenings.
How I Stay Motivated:
Achieving goals and resetting them; setting a good example for my pre-teen boys; feeling like nobody is out-working me; keeping the passion in my marriage and my self confidence up
BB Accomplishments:
Dropped 15% of bodyweight in 9 mos, dunked a basketball for the first time in my life at age 41

Thanks been gone on my honeymoon, just got back to the gym today...gained about 4-5 lbs. Felt very strong today, but a bit winded. I will get back into it fast!
