Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Torn Hamstring. I was out for about 2-3 months.

I recovered with help of Physical Therapy.

Not lifting with proper form.

Toss up between Squats and Deadlifts.
B/c form is CRUCIAL! And many people don't do them right and therefore injure themselves.
