How I Started:
I remember, i wanted to get bigger/stronger for baseball. For my Sophomore yearh in High School, i knew i would be fighting for a starting position and i knew the best way to get an edge, was to lift and get fitter than the next guy. So i first started at a crummy Bally's gym, but changed to Gold's Gym, where i really took a big jump in all my lifts.
Why I Love It:
B/c the "rush" of the feeling. The challenge of each and every workout and the challenge of being bigger/lifting heavier than the next guy. I love every minute of every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Self-motivated. Desire to look good, feel great and live rich.
So I am almost completed with my ISSA Personal Training Certification! I have completed and passed all my online quizzes and now qualified to take my exam, but still have a bit left to go.

Happy to hear that all is well with you and your family. I'm doing alright in 2009, just been very busy as of late trying to re-balance my schedule. Just transferred colleges and looking for another job. Trying to balance everything and still be able to get at least an hour or two to work-out every other day.

The progress pics are up bro! Today is officially 2 months. Changed my routine up for the past month cutting out HIIT upon waking up and cutting out fat burners. My body fat still dropped but i only lost 3 lbs! Starting HIIT in the morning and fat burners for this upcoming month! Hit me back, let me know if i made progress!
Ehhh, idk. I like the hardcore aspect of the F O R V M more than this bright place. There seems to be a lot of "toning" poeple here or something. Idk. I'll go around a bit and see what I see. Thanks about my progress, i'll keep gettting better.
I'm just realizing how little I really use Bodyspace. I've always used it just to track progress and I only just updated the supps i'm taking, but now I have to come over more...damn you, haha.

Good to hear! I thought about doing a log too but time is missing (near the end of college session) but I will review every Universal products I've used. I'm in for the log.
