Ive found him to be one of those people who don't BS you and give you good quality advice and use their knowledge to fullest extent for your personal gains. Thanks Bro!
You've made OK progress. Of course everybody should always think they could have made better progress though. Don't be satisfied. And what where your goals?
You can't expect to see great gains through a football season. Just give it some more time, and focus on your training right now. Just remember to try to incorporate bench, squat, and deadlift as often as possible without overworking them.
Lol. Well it doesn't really matter what time you weight yourself as long as you consistently wheigh yourself at the same time.
But yeah generally in the morning is usually safest.
Ummm nothing really I can think about right now. Just make sure to not let bloating deceive you. Try to weight yourself under the exact same conditions every time.
You gotta figured that out by yourself. There's a couple of calculators on this site and on other sites you can use, but you might still need to adjust those numbers. Count your calories each day for a week and weight yourself at the end of the week and see how much weight you gained or loss.
well if I where you if just try to do a recomp. So basically just try to eat at maintenane for a while. That's what I did. I gained 10lbs really fast at 3.7k cals a day. Eventually 3.7k wasn't enough to gain weight but I just kept eating that for about 70days and I became leaner without losing much weight.
