Well i started lifting weight when i was a sophmore in highschool. i did it throughout the whole year until i became a junior and picked up playin basketball which made me lose 17 pounds in 6 weeks, which put me at 157. I played for a year then i decided it didn't wanna play basketball unfortunately my senior year i didn't pick anything up and gained about 13 pounds of what we call flab. Noticing how i had gained weight i decided to do something about it. So i started lifting weights again last semester and haven't stopped since
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of getting stronger. i always have been the athletic type so weightlifting to me is a neccesary to get strong. I just recently started doing Olympic Weightlifting and i love it
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm consistent, I know i have a goal and i fall trhough with it

went from lifting 90 pounds last semester to lifting 135 this semester.
