I was just flicking through some forums and ive watched layne lortons pro series and plan to try the 6 week bulk 2 week cut next year and saw you talking about it in some post. Deathhawk Yeah, I've never cheated. Although what I consider cheating is eating things that are only considered junk food. As in over 2 years I've never (not once) have had any cake, soda, or candy of any kind. You get the idea. No point getting cals from those sources when you can get them from a clean source.
