Overall Goal: I want to gain muscle and lose the 20% body fat!!

Since young, I'm athletic build...very thin and agile. When I was around 17, I started out working out with one of my friend, gym mate. Since then, Trying hard to maintain the amount of mass gain!
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me awareness, keeps me going....

Not of much, but some time ago, I recalled in a workout session I did 11 pullups! I did manage only 2, 3 from the previous session....
How's your butt workout coming along? :P I've been doing more squats and lunges in an attempt to tighten the glutes and quads. I've going into a small competition with someone on this site to see what improvements we can make to legs....grrrr...RJ
I like the graphic story of how you start dreaming of a body and you wake up to start working out and getting what you want. Very creative. I thing you are doing good progress and I wish you good luck in getting to your goals
