How I Started:
Being ex-military I have always been health conscious. But upon leaving the military for a desk job, the pounds began to come. At 6'3 I weighted 267 and it was all in my midsection! Not good!! I began working out to loose weight and tone back up.
Why I Love It:
I wouldn't say I love working out, but I definitely enjoy it as well as the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is not a problem for me. If I want it, I work to achieve it!

i read your blog...and yes REAL life gets in the way of goals sometimes. I was stressin last wk and missed out on the gym for 4days(which i beasted on sweets,lol) but what is gained can be lost..I'm appling that to my current weight issues!!!
