How I Started:
Well I started in grade 9 or 10 and I went pretty steady for 3 or 4 months (probably why I'm so lean) and then all of a sudden I just stopped and couldn't get back into it but now I'm just tired of being skinny.
Why I Love It:
Feeling sore after the gym sucks but it's a good sore and I know that it's worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see people bigger than me getting the chicks haha I want to be able to do that.
I want to gain 10-15lbs of muscle by the end of Summer and stay at 10% or below BF.
Goal (Long):
I've always been a skinny/lean kid and I want to get big. I've got the muscle if I take my shirt off but if I have a shirt on everyone thinks im just some skinny pinner kid when really I probably look twice as defined as them. Basically I just want to get ripped!
You will get there - it just takes time - for me when I started - I needed to lose weight and it seemed like it took forever - I was 165 when I started in Aug 2006
