i been good man. doin the usual. training harder than the day before. im proud of you man. keep knocking the pounds down bro. thats 70lbs less your heart has to pump through. your improving your cardiovascularity, body composition, etc. keep it up my boy.

yah. everything is ok i guess. workingout as much as possible with this crazy schedule i have of 18hours plus work. so im trying to make it. how bout yourself..

Treadmill- running on incline-25mins.intervals of slow and fast or stadiums are involved.Calisthenics involve, push ups on bosu(hands on flat side)10 flat,20 sideways(10 each side)(isolating each tricep)X 4.inverted pullups,reg pullups body squats,squat jumps, or wall sits for 60sec. im big on fruits and veggies.lean meats such as turkey are included on many of my sandwhiches with lettuce and tomatoes.

If you wanna gain booty your going have to go to Brazil and get a butt lift. what they do is transfer adiopse tissue(fat) from on area of your body to your glutes(butt). In fittness there is no way that I know of to gain booty..lol

its going great. constantly having DOMS. I love that. i have add some stability things with physioball in my routines.. whats your diet like. i work with alot of females and always open to new ideas..and how is your training by the way..

hey hope you had a great holiday. i have added some dynamic stability exercises into my workout. such as like declined pushups with a physioball for each hand. combining the chest and ab for stabilization. whats update on ya.
