I started lifting about the seventh grade. The only lift I knew was the bicep curl. I had my first set of weights at this time and all i had was a straight bar. No benches. So all I knew to do was curl.
Why I Love It:
Because I love the reactions from others that I get for having this body and plus it's fun. I love to do it. I love to help those who seek help. I create various workouts for various people. Staying in shape in something that love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by creating muscle confusion type workouts. If I or a person I'm training experience DOMS(delayed onset muscle sorness) after a new workout, then I know I did a great job.
BB Accomplishments:
I have taken many ectomorphs and transformed them into very potential mesomorphs.

Today at the gym I did a lot of dropsets with Dbs. flat bench, shrugs, back flyes, zottman's curls.. starting all sets of 8 starting from 95lbs down to 75... droping 5lbs each set.
Sunday- Run 1 1/2 mile
Monday
Warm up 5-10mins Treadmill or Bike
Stretch
Chest- Bench Press 3 X 8
DB Press 3 X 8
DB flyes 3 X 10
Flyes with Cable Pullies on Knees 3 X 10
Biceps- Barbell Curl 4 X 8
Preacher Curls 3 X 10
Concentration Curls 3 X 10

Good To hear from you man. Last week i went to the NPC Atlantic show. Had a great time and met some cool people. Gathered some info to take me to the next level. Man, lower back injury, started my first treatment with the chiropractor last week; it's better already; go back on Thursday. Shoulder is not so lucky, still injured, had an MRI 2 wks ago, but no followup yet. What r u studying in school?
Sorry for the late response; just got back from a military conference in Virginia. I have a shoulder injury and a sore back. Finally got in to see the Doc on the 16th, but treatment won't start until I have MRI and X-ray completed in early-mid May. The Army works like that. How've you been?
Can't find the time; plus my injuries aren't healing. I'll be 55 this Summer, and everything is getting harder for me to fight. Keep doing what you're doing; you look great.
What does your early cut consist of. I have elinated white sugar, salt and flour. I power walk..incline 15 and speed 4.3 for 45 minutes to an hour. 5 Days a week. I lift 4 days a week...Weekends is calesthetics
