I am not looking to be the next Ronnie Coleman. I want to have the most muscular Physique I can possibly have. I also want statue like symmetry and I want it Naturally . I am in the Law Enforcement so having muscular endurance as well as speed is a lot more important to me than the asthetics of Muscle. I truly did'nt realize until recently how important being in shape in this field really is. Everyday I step into the facility my life is on the line. I can't afford to skip a workout or give a little when it comes to eating. I have got to be up to the job everyday, because I know the inmates are, and they know if i'm not.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
No waiting in line. Can be comfortable. Closer to the kitchen to down post workout carbs.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Quality of people. People with the same goal as you. Muscleheads, just there to showoff.

Did back and biceps tonight after an 8 hour shift and still feel like I can go again. I dont know if Im really making much progress but everyone around me say's they see a difference. Only time will tell. BEAR
