Background
Once I got to college, it was mandatory to lift weights, but I had no idea about supplementation until I began working for Bodybuilding.com in 2008. Learning about all of the different supplements and how they were helping our customers reach their fitness and appearance goals inspired me to start trying out different supps and really living this life style!!
I love the feeling I get after hitting an intense work out in the gym! Something about throwing the head phones on, and just getting after it! Seeing and feeling progress both physically and in my strength keeps me going back for more. I consciously try to make each workout better than the last!

2012 Bodybuilding.com Employee Transformation Challenge --COMPLETE!!
Posted in General : Apr 04, 2012 10:32amI'm happy to say I successfully completed my 2012 transformation and reached my goals! I went from 218lbs down to 203lbs (my goal was to get to 210lbs), and from 13% BF to 6.6% (my goal was to get to 5% BF). Although I didn't reach my exact BF goal I'm still very please with where I ended up and the way my body currently looks.
I stuck to the plan throughout the transformation and followed a very strict high protein high carb diet, worked out 2 times per day for the first 8 weeks, played as much basketball as possible for cardio, and had my supplements dialed in! I wouldn

Posted in General : Jan 17, 2012 1:47pmI decided to enter this transformation because it was past time to get back in the gym and start eating healthy again. I drastically decreased the frequency I hit the gym the last 4 or 5 months of 2011. During this same time I wasn't watching what I ate, and the Holiday's definitely took a toll on my fitness and appearance goals. Another driving factor is the fact that I didn't make it all the way through the transformation last year. I went through 8/12 weeks, but fell off towards the end.
