How I Started:
Unfortunately, I have a really bad case of Anorexia. I saw fitness as an escape from it. Now I have hopes of not only becoming a personal trainer, but becoming a competitive bodybuilder
Why I Love It:
The overwhelming sense of power it gives me. The fact that it will give me a good appearance. It's a healthy hobby.
My goal is to obtain a toned, athletic physique. Build muscle and keep fat at bay. And hopefully compete.
Goal (Long):
In all actuality, I want to live up to my heroes. I've always, ever since I was a child...looked up to Batman. And aside from Batman, I have always looked up to Christian Bale. I wish to be like them, I want to have confidence, for once. I want to like what I see in the mirror. I also wish to become a natural bodybuilder, and fitness model.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

8%

I've lost all motivation completely. I'm beyond exhausted constantly. School and girl trouble have both completely raped my sleeping schedule, I haven't slept well in weeks now. I'm always inexplicably tired, so I'm never inspired to train. So much for P90 X. I started it and now I don't...
I think that all of the p90x people should pull together. I screwed around and diin't give 100% this time. I am almost done, and I plan on doing the full 90 again. You are you and I got a lot of faith in you. If you want to compete, set that as one of your goals. I would love to compete one day. I think that goal will come sooner for you that it will for me because you are still young. YOU ARE THE MAN!
Right on with your new workout routine. I'm back at it with the P90X program and I'm adding some extra weighting lifting for certain muscles I want to grow. Life is good here-JT
great work towards your goal. I know how hard it can be. I was where you are awhile back. Now that I am getting healthy I can't wait to show off a muscular me because bones aren't hot. best wishes! love lev
Life is good over here. The chaos has seemed to settle down and life is now back on track. I have gotten back on working out and I plan on ripping out this program all the way til summer. Stay strong- JT
No problem. I f you have any questions, feel free to ask anytime. We just started the P90X program again. We did plyometrics last night. Man, I'm sore. Later- JT
I would say yes just from my experience alone.A lot of people are doing it and everyone seems to have their own great results.I can't promise after 90 days you'll be able to do a spread cover for a muscle/model magazine, but the P90X does work.I haven't seen my abs since I was 19. There here and it's becaus eof the P90X program.
All you need is dumbbell weights, chin-up bar, yoga mat and yoga block. They say you need resistance bands, but I never used them and my wife only used them for a couple of sessions before she switched to the weights and the chin-up bar. It's a killer program and it's nice to be able to do it from home.
No, I mean the P90X program. I think the P90X program came after the Power 90 program. The P90X program is a90 day muscle confusion program. Thats the program I have been doing. I also got the P90X Plus program, but I haven't tried it yet.
Hey John, I just read your last blog. Hope everything is getting better for you. Have you thought about getting a home workout program? I don't have the time nor the money to do a gym membership, so I just got stuff so I can do it at home. Later- JT
Hi John. I hope yr bulking is going well..how are you feeling with it? I also struggled to not feel so full but your body gets used to it and now I am feeling good and getting strong. Keep up yr blogs..they are great. Clare
