Workout Program:
Back to what works best for me:
Monday - Chest, back and abs
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Legs and biceps
Thursday - Shoulders, triceps and abs
Friday - Off
Saturday - Legs, biceps and abs
Sunday - Off

Note 1- Chest doesn't interfere with triceps and back doesn't interfere with biceps, and vice-versa, cause there's allways a rest day between them

Note 2- Saturday legs and biceps not as heavy as wednesday
