When I Started:
How I Started: I began lifting weights for wrestling in High School, but I soon found out I enjoyed weight training far more than wrestling and took it from there.
Why I Love It: Aside from enjoying the physical and superficial benefits of bodybuilding, I love how challenging bodybuilding is. I love blasting past plateaus and achieving PRs I never thought'd I'd be able to do.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing the way my body changes as I continue to progress.
