How I Started:
On a 5 ft 10 inch frame, I was only 130lbs, really skinny. Into lots of football. Loved to get big and strong since childhood and finally managed to get a member ship at a gym after my 12th. It was a long journey since then.
Why I Love It:
Its amazing, I may have got into it to gain few pounds but then realized that this is the sport that relates to my personality and what I love to do most.
Working with a lot of stress these days, but find time to hit the gym for a quick high intense workout and head back home for my family and usual stuff.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love training, period. Thats most important factor for motivation. I try to outdo myself in every workout, though its not possible at all times.
Its the place I express myself, when I lost my father and other dear ones, it was the place I knew I would hit and get my mind cleared out.
Dorian Yates, Blood N Guts Book was the most inspirational in my training career.
BB Accomplishments:
By profession I am a Project Management Office Manager in a Hi-Tech Company. Have never competed but have taken pride in surpassing my previous best in terms of a single additional rep or additional pound on the weight that I lift.

Goal (Long):
My Back, legs and chest grow rapid compared to Shoulders, Arms and calves. Really Struggle to get those arms to grow. Focus areas are arms, need to add at-least an inch on the arms to make them proportionate.
Have been training for the past 10 years and the fire in the belly still exists for more and more. Started off training in pursuit of strength with a body weight of 130 lbs. Have gained about 90lbs in 10 years and now focussed on adding quality muscle & get my 6 pack more distinct.
Given myself 6 months from Jan 2008 to get into the best shape of my life in size and cut.
Dumbell Press, Military Press, Dumbell Side Laterals & Cable Bent Over Laterals.. nothing fancy, this works well with pre exhausts, super sets & drop sets.

What leg workout has worked best for you?
Leg Curls + Machine Squat, Adductor + Abductors, Leg Extension + Hack Squats. Man that was sufficient to throw the lunch.

Hey man, I was skinny as a kid but not ripped. WHen I bulked up the first time around I did it with way too much fat gain before I got my diet correct.

Every thing was bigger than - arms were around 18 inches.. But it doesn't look as impressive because my waist was over 34 inches compared to 28.7 now.
