Goal (Long):
I lift on and off, so now I want to get serious. It's hard for me to stay motivated and it's also expensive so I try to keep cost down by working out at home in my room with high intensity workouts that include a lot of pullups, pushups, crunches, and hopefully free weights soon (which i have to find objects to be weights). I just bought some SizeOn for creatine during workouts, and I eat two pieces of boneless skiness chicken thigh after for protein. I'm also hoping to be very flexible with strength in the long run.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

10%
