First thing in the morning, I drink a Formula 1 Shake + Personalized Protein Powder. I also eat a light yugurt and a banana.
Prelift: I take my Herbalife Prepare.
During My Lift: I take my Herbalife Prolong.
Postlift: I take my Herbalife Rebuild Strength.
Throughout the day, I use two Herbalife Hydrate and try to take 1 to 2 Herbalife Formula 1 Sport Shakes.
Before bed, I take a Formula 1 Shake + Personalized Protein Powder. Also, I take a Multivitamin, Calcium, Potassium, and my Herbalife Restore.

I never have been one to take "progress photos" and looking back on some of my pics I understand why. After my grandfather passed away I had quit lifting entirely and began to feel like I lost myself as well. Two days before my grandfather was put into Hospice Care, he told me to make sure I keep working with the weights because it made me happy and that everyone could tell that was the case.
