How I Started:
Freshman year for football.
Why I Love It:
We had a big family, and a couple of blocks of neighborhood kids back on the East Coast. That recreation led to Pee-Wee football around 7 years old. I have always been active, playing sports since I could remember. I picked up Basketball for only one year (8 grade), and Track (Freshman-Junior year), and conintued to played football through College. After graduating I began coachin, and coahcing led into strenght and conditioning, which led into personal training. And now, I am a Fitness Consultant now, and it is my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to recommitt everyday, but keeping and overall goal of be fit and well as a whole person.
