i just got sick of looking at my self in the mirror and hateing what looked back at me.

There is nothing else i have found that gives you the same kind of rush as working out at your max.

ok tomorrow morning is my first time with a personal trainer, i joined a gym finally and worked out a deal so i have someone there to hold me accountable for everything i eat drink and do.

im going to put new pics up today and add new ones every 2 weeks. She is having me e-mail her everything...

your goal is definitely doable. I've been up to 236 myself and have been under 200 at some point. I'm shooting for 190 too! Stay active, take frequent long walks and keep a strict max on your calorie count.

I just dropped by to wish you much success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program.
