Good to hear! I've actually been out of commission for the last few weeks because I had my tonsils out, but I just joined a new gym and I'm excited to get back into it, although it's going to be awful at first...

So-so now, I actually tried Bikram Yoga, which is the yoga in the 105 degree room. It was definitely an experience, more of a torture session than a workout, but I'm always looking for different ways to work out... How about for you?

Oh yeah I'm definitely sticking with it, when I set my mind to something I can't give it up...the yoga is the most difficult part to keep up with because it's so boring. 90 minutes of yoga is far too long, I have to keep moving.

Yeah, I'm doing the lean one, it's pretty intense and I'm definitely more sore than I have been in a while. The ab workout it comes with is only 15 minutes long but it's a killer.
