How I Started:
I've been working out since my freshman year of high school, and have kept relatively active. I stayed active and fit through college, but with all the stress and work I had less time to work out. Now that I've graduated and am taking a year off before medical school, I have the time to get back in top shape--hopefully even better than what I was in high school!
Also, my boyfriend recently lost about 65 pounds (amazing!) through diet and the p90x workout plan, and it will be nice to be able to keep up with him again. We motivate each other :)
Why I Love It:
The benefits of an active lifestyle is a long list, hammered into me via my bachelor's of science degree in Kinesiology. You have to love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying active is a way of life. I love food, so I have to work out. It's a simple matter of balance.
BB Accomplishments:
I need to lose some belly fat and tone up--regaining the abs I had in high school would be excellent. Also, I want to feel strong again.
He's completely changed his body and outlook on life in a span of 6 months, and though I love him any way he is, I could not be more proud of this man :)
I have a degree in kinesiology and have worked at a gym for the last 3 years, so I've kept up an ongoing but atypical exercise regimen. I'm starting p90x, which I'll do daily. I also play softball and run with my dog daily. I love resistance training and doing abs.

Hey, getting ready to head out to the gym to work Back & Bi's, but wanted to hit you up first. Don't you hate it when your all amped up to go to the gym and realize all your gym shorts are DIRTY!!! so you had the tonsils out huh, sucks. Why did you join a different gym. The old one not good enough for ya? You just too high and mighty?
Hey, it's good to be lifting heavy again. I think I'm finally 100% recovered from my wrist injury. What's going on with you? You still torturing yourself in the 105 degree room. You're freaken crazy!
