Just wanted to add a bit of muscle and drop about 30lbs. I felt grossly overweight.
Why I Love It:
I hit my goal after about 6 months and took 2 months off. Now I am aiming for 205lbs @ 12% body fat. Currently I am at 180lbs @15%.
How I Stay Motivated:
Women! ha ha. They have some kind of magical power of wanting you to better yourself after a breakup.
P.S. I am very happy with my life and just because I am dating, does not mean that I stop trying to better myself physically anymore.
BB Accomplishments:
Ummm. I can not fit into my high school clothes anymore. The shirts that I used to wear about a year ago are too big so I have plenty of "rags" to wash my car with now ;)
Hey, Broski! Yeah, signed up awhile ago for some decent tips and inspiration. I'll have to post up some newer pics. Trying to cut down for the Spring/Summer. Cardio sucks a$$, dude! Hahaha. What's new with you?
Re your forum question about how much to work triceps in relation to biceps - if you're concerned that they're too small, then you might as well just work as hard as possible on them until you're content.
